A Symphony of Light & Texture

This Birla Arika 4BHK residence was conceptualized to be a sanctuary of calm amidst the urban chaos. We utilized a neutral color palette—soft greys, creams, and whites—accented with warm wood textures and brushed brass fittings to create an atmosphere of understated luxury. The flooring is a continuous expanse of Botticino Classico marble, which amplifies the natural light flooding in from the floor-to-ceiling windows.

A key design challenge was integrating the client's extensive collection of traditional Indian art within a strictly modern architectural shell. We achieved this by creating bespoke wall niches with dedicated museum-grade spot lighting (3000K temperature) to highlight the art without letting it clash with the contemporary furniture.

The master bedroom is designed as a hotel-style suite. It features a custom floor-to-ceiling tufted velvet headboard and a walk-in wardrobe with smoked glass shutters. The ensuite bathroom uses large-format grey travertine tiles and features a freestanding bathtub, creating a spa-like experience at home.
